I, Vankar Kamlesh Kumar this is hereby inform you that I had been cheated by a person name Sukhdev, I purchased a vehicle from him ( Vehicle Number GJ 18 BM 3514) on 4 july 2021, which has not been yet received to me . The deal was confirmed in 1, 50000/- rs. from which he took 1st payment of Rs 5000/- 2nd Payment of Rs 999/- 3rd payment of rs 16999/- 4th payment of rs 16000/- and he sent me a receipt of INDIAN ARMY TRANSPORT...
