It is bad experience to talk to SUN direct call centre. Employees are not giving the correct information. I talked approx 10-15 times but every time I frustated by the resolution.I rechage the rs 133 from SBI netbanking on 4th july but still bal is not credited.Every time...

For the last 2 months no programme has been received on Sun TV. Repeated reminders, telephonic calls to Customer Care have been made but to no avail. I do not know what more can I do to wake up these people I have yet to see such indifferent attitude by any other company....

Iam P.Vinayakam having a Sun Direct DTH connection bearing smart card NO-r41233613961. They had changed their satellite for which they are required to a do a dish realignment. After a wait of about 2.5 months one person had come from Sun TV and set right the dish realignment....

I purchased sundirect dish service on 16-4-2009.
Till 17-4-2009 i am unable to see the channel Z TELUGU for which i have paid Six Months Sudscrishn 100/-
The Distributor are irresponsible at Sundirect Sri Vinayaka Traders Machilipatnam, A.P office.
