I haven't received my order yet and I haven't received the tracking information of the order. Why?...

Mere acaunt se paise cut gay h par msg aaya blance cutne ka aur order ka koi msg nai aaya na mera order aaya aur kai baar call karne ki kosis ki no galat bata raha h mail bhi kiya plz content me par koi reply nai aaya...

I have paid for a 3d sand art 299 and got the amount deducted from my account, after that i just got a confirmation message regarding payment, its been more than a week since i ordered. They are fraud and just expoliting customers, strict action should be taken against swanky store...

I want purchased toys from swankystores (through Instagram) and paid Rs.398.00 on 24.03.2022. Payment sucessfull but till date no responce from them....
