Sdmc — property tax online payment issue

I have paid sdmc property tax online. The amount is deducted from my account but mcd site crashes and shows error and tax not paid. I also got a mail from mcd admin confirming the tax payment of ₹2684. Kindly look into this matter seriously. My details are given below :
