My TV got faulty after 7 months of purchase and the technician visited and told that TV needs to be replaced. It has been 23 days and no information about resolution of my complaint. Customer care executives are everything giving me different TATs for resolution. Firstly they said it will be resolved in 7-14 days, then it became 30 days and now it is 30-45 days.
