Allergic Substance in the unit
I purchased a .75 ton split unit from Kems Agencies, Kottyam, Kerala, India few months ago. The day after they fixed the AC, everyone o[censored]s woke up with red ice and swelling on our face like something is allergic to something they used in the unit. So we called the delar and he sent someone to do a checkup and confirm there is no issue and it shouldn't have any allergey substance used. But since then when ever i go home I will be sneezing,...

I had made a mistake by purchasing a TCL split AC vide invoice no 366 Dt[protected].My AC had some problem which was forwarded to your local service centre at Bathinda (Punjab) for which the complaint no given was 09D21A534 Dt 20th April 2009. The problem was not rectified and after waiting for more then one month, the complaint was again given at Toll Free No vide complaint no 09E27A033 Dt 27th May 2009.The lady at...
