We recently started living in c block tdi city kundli and are shocked to see very very poor maintenance and above all there is one big blunder which their contractor is doing they are undumping all sewer water in c block empty plots allotted to various people. No possession of plot after 6 yrs

we booked a 250 sq yards plot in tdi city kundli in L block in 2007 and have paid up about 95% of the demanded money. However there is no possession offer yet. All attempts to get a clear reply from the management have failed. More and more money is being demanded in the form of EDC which we dont want to pay. Can someone suggest what measures can be taken to ensure restitution?...

No progress on Villa

Serious issue with TDI. The only word for it is harrassment. Others who are in a similar position please e-mail me your Mail IDs and Contact #s. Advocates are requested to contact me --- there are many others who are suffering and we need to bring a class action suit against TDI in such a way that they will stop doing such monkey business in future....

My Brother Amit had applied for EWS category of plots in ''tdi city'' kundli in the month of DEC 2006. We didn't get allotment hence we were supposed to get our money back but so far we haven't received the amount. Even the offices in Gurgaon and CP, New Delhi have been shifted to NOWHERE . We are absolutely clueless on what to do. Kindly revert ASAP.br...
