Sir,
This is further to the complaint made by me on 15th July 2010. I have now received the Form-16 from the company. However my complain for PF still remains as it is as I have not heard anything so far from the company. And it seems they are not acting on this front. I would again like to remind that its been almost a year since I have left the company. You are please requested to look in this matter.

I was an employee designated as G.M. Technology & Implementation at M/s Telerex Etech Pvt. Ltd (earlier known as Etech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ) from April-10,2008 to Sept-05,2009. The company has been deducting my share of PF for the entire period. However ever since I have left the Organization doesn't seem to be interested in clearing my PF dues.
