Refund against non delivery of order

Order no.305247 for 2 mini saplings of 2 inches height was placed on 11.07.2023. The items were stated to have been dispatched on 15.07.2023 but have not been delivered till date. In the meantime the tiny saplings might have died due to long transit period and high temperature. When refund for non delivery of the order was claimed they replied that they have no refund policy. Thus I had to suffer a loss of Rs, 160 prepaid for the order....

They always send extremely small sized products and charge high prices.
I recieved damaged product and they refuse to provide refund or replacement.
They themselves do not follow their refund policy.
Extremely bad experience.
The positive reviews are most likely paid reviews, products deliver do not match photos on their website....
