I recieved call from the fair stay executive
They give me rs.9988/- packege of 3n/4d hotel stay with meal breakfast and gift item nikon camera
But after payment they give me confirmation mail only hotel stay without meal and breakfast
So i give them cancelation request but they tell me thats not refundable
And they give me gift only small travel bag worth rs 200
So i request you pl help me for refund...

I have received call from the company offered me 3N / 4D stay package in any 4-5 star hotel in INDIA and also offered me Moto G 3rd Generation phone or Nikon Coolpix S7000 Point & Shoot Camera.
I booked the same by paying Rs.9988 through online pmt.
Before pmt.they called so many timed & pushed for offer with some attractive talk.
But after doing pmt.they neither talk any more nor giving any reply agt.my complained mail.br...

I received a call from the company with the website www.thefairstay.com on 4th September 2015. The sales person told me that its the anniversary of the company and on the occasion its offering a free gift (i.e. smart phone MotoG 2nd Generation) alongwith the discount on the hotel packages. Also on booking of 2 packages there is an offer of a Dell Laptop along with the above mentioned phone. He confirmed that these gifts are being offered...
