Hello, I've ordered Sony ear buds but Yesterday (2/8/21)I received my product which is duplicate and not working. I need to return this....

I order number 69094 to thewinqflix for heavybrass earburd sony +jbl rs. 1589, but they are supply totaly wrong item, and it given phone number is wrong number, number is [protected] i taken delivery from ekart wspc[protected], it really fraud, so i request please do for this matter. This company is totally fraud....

I have ordered sony heavy bass earbuds but I got a JBL bluetooth earphone which is not working I have paid 1589 rupees for it .I want my money back please do something....
