They are keep asking money and not ready to refund...

I have booked return tickets from Manchester to Delhi via London. After few days, I got call from ticketstoindia customer care that one flight timings has been changed and the transit time has reduced to 1 hour and I have to modify by flight and pay £30 admin charges per passenger for it.
