Elected customer only. When i asked them for written confirmation...

I faced a similar situation whereby i received a call from them saying you are a lucky winner since I booked a powerbank through PAYTYM in lucky hours & they have tie up with PAYTYM.
After my online payment;they are not recieving my calls, please help to reimburse my amount of Rs.5999/-
Please tell me the way by any means possible to get my hard earned money...
