If i pay for 2 facial packages and i will get one free
So i did pay and was able to do only one facial and due to some issues was not able to go for next facial.
Its been 11 months and after pandemic situation settled down. Now i ask them they cannot refund or do service for the amount that was prepaid. This is not fair and they never mentioned about...

First of all without knowing the service how can u appoint su ch jack in ur salon
Most of them are illlitrate who doesn't knw how to do the service
