Twitter has been suspended my account. While my tweet is not violating any rule....

I have multifactor authentication enabled for my twitter account, the 2 factor authentication stopped working and I can no longer receive the OTP from twitter, but i am able to receive OTP for all other things on the same number, Tried emailing twitter for a week, no response or even we will get back to you.
