Whenever I find an advertisement about apartments for sale in Chennai, it demands 30 lakhs, 40 lakhs or much more which will want me take away all my lifetime earnings. Even if I find one at an affordable rate, it is located at a faraway place that doesn’t have enough transportation facilities, nearby schools and healthcare facilities that are part of anybody’s basic needs.
