I booked a virtual space and paid for amount of 22lac to ultimate infovision pvt ltd (Vardhman) janakpuri — who is selling virtual space for vardhman. We are supposed to get possession in october 2019 but until today no work had started.. I had made multiple trips to their office at janakpuri and as per my discussion company has no intention to build this project... Upon asking refund they are saying company is in bad situation, cannot...

I booked a virtual space and paid for amount of 22lac. We are supposed to get possession in october 2019 but until today no work had started.. I'm asking the agent he is saying company has no intention to build this project... Upon asking refund he is telling kind of stories.. Can anyone from ultimate or vardhman look into the case or let me know with whom i can talk.
