i have create an account on http://www.ultoo.com, this bloody site is to much fraud i bcoz i earn there 10 rs 41 paisa but there not able to reach my earn ammount they everdy showing technical problem, my user name is there [protected], kindly pls help me otherwise' i choose another consumer help, i"m so fadup there bcoz i spent there 3-4 days, regard -prabal yadav mob - [protected] my mail id - [protected]@ yahoo.in

I register in Ultoo.com.
These site promise me recharge free mobile if i earn minimum of 10rs.
I earn it by answr simple questn .
When i earn 10 rs then company offer to redeem or recharge 10rs.
But when i recharge it , it always show error try again or aftr some time.
Plz help me sir/mam.
