Sofa was delivered with wrong dimensions. The depth of the sofa as given on the website was 39 inches but the one we received is 31 inches. Technically we received a defective product. He took the full payment of 59000 in advance. When it was time to fix/replace the piece, firstly he doesn't pick up calls easily. Secondly he sent his carpenters to have a look and they said we will try fixing the thickness of the cushions. They have now disappeared...

Now they have blocked my number and doesn’t respond in WhatsApp....

I had ordered 2 chairs for which I paid an advance of 15k. They were to be delivered in a week. It’s been 2 months, they don’t take calls and don’t intend to deliver chairs or give a refund. Seen some comments on their Facebook with similar complaints but they delete them!...
