We visited their Urban rise revolution one Padur office on 2/2/2024 and made a partial payment of ₹20000 to block 2 studio apartments as persisted by the sales person and his boss, on the assurance that it would be returned if requested. Once we came to know about the company's fraudulent ways and low quality construction, we requested a refund on the 5/2/2024 via e-mail but never even received an acknowledgment for the same....

Urbanrise is a fraud company. They started the work without having proper approvals. They managed the high level people for approvals from central Aviation. But the actual permission was denied from local airforce academy in Hyderabad.

These guys cheating the customers and they are using the Customers loan amount for another project....

Dear all,

Do not buy any house in URBANRISE Projects.
First they will attract you with pre emi offers and then you will plan your finances well and then company game starts, They will tell 110 Reasons and excuses to wait for the EMI Reimbursement.

Looks like CRM Team is thinking that legal team will handle whatever the mess will happen when they do not fulfill the offer.

There is no empathy...

I have booked plot in urbanrise chennai project Aug 2022 and paid initial amount 50 thousand as one cheque and then 150000 ( one lakh fifty thousand) as a post dated cheque ( another cheque). But after corona, i have not able to pay remaining amount and we are in need for money for family expenses and for bank loan. So i have decided to cancel my booking and send them mail and contacted also in march last...
