I am doing job in Saudi Arabia so I planned to do an MBA distance course from Indian University. Suddenly I visited the Jaipur National University (UTS Pune) distance learning website. I chat with the counselor and informed him that my graduation pattern was 10+2+2 from Calcutta University in the year 2000. The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

ADTU Affiliations - site and the counselors state that this MBA program is affiliated by ADTU, Guwahati. The ADTU emblem on UTS site is not the same as the official ADTU logo. UTSglobal site mentions official site of ADTU as http://www.adtuonline.edu.in/ whereas the actual site is http://adtu.in
