Crossfit smart watch is faulty and refund of Rs.2000.00is required

The Crossfit smart watch ordered by me (Order No.23867) and delivered to me on 13 December 2023, is not working and faulty. I send them many e-mails and WhatsApp messages but there was no reply.
I need replacement with a working Smart watch or refund of Rs.2000.00....

Delivered Smart Watch is not working

I ordered for Crossfit Smart Watch (order No.23867) and paid Rs.2000.00 to Shiprocket delivery boy, but the item never worked. I sent many e-mails to and WhatsApp messages but there was no reply from the seller....
