Velex Complaints & Reviews

I was expecting my Pan card. On the Velex website is shows out for delivery on 12 Dec 22 at 11:34 & delivered at 13:22.But the card not delivered. I tried calling them for the last 2 days but no one answer the call....

The package with awb number - [protected] has been returned back by the courier service Velex Logistic stating that the address is incomplete address
But on the same address the package with awb number - [protected] has been successfully delivered
we were not contacted by the Velex Logistics, Agra branch

I was expecting my Pancard (AWB NO : [protected]). On the Velex website is shows out for delivery on 17 Aug 21 at 12:24 PM & No Service at 7:43 PM. I tried calling them for the last 2 days but no one answer the call.
Kindly check & have my Pancard at the earliest.

Please note that my pan card was dispatched via KerryIndev express ( Velex ) via AWB [protected]. Note that I have not received this courier but the company is falsely reporting it as delivered. No one contacted me at my home/ security/ phone and the courier service has no phone number/ tracking method to follow up.
Please provide assistance. This company is telling lies about making the delivery....
