We were called in by vijayraja homes exurb group to visit their contruction close to chengalpattu, TN. The marketing team buttered us and demanded that a booking be made then and there to avail all the benifits. They confirmed that the booking can be cancelled within the next 7 days and that the amount of 50000 rupees that we pay will be refunded within 90 days. I saw advertisement of vijay raja homes about their new project vijay raja's exurb in popular tamil news paper (Full page advertisement) in that advertisement they mentioned price for 1 bhk is 8 lacks but when we reached their office and on enquiry they told 1bhk 12 lacks above. And the size of the apartment would be just around 400 sqf only... So 1 sqft between 3000 to 3200... So many project available in omr this price... Think before you...
