I purchased a number from Vip rays website and I have done my payment also rs.11500 but, now they don't attempt my calls....

I saw on their website vipray a fancy number for ₹8500. I have booked
[protected] the same number on 20/4/2020. I have paid 8500rs full amount through pay u money also received receipt from pay u money. After that no response to my calls or emails. I tried several times to contact this mobile number [protected] but no response.
