I flew to Mumbai, India from Dublin, Ireland via London Heathrow Airport, London on 17 June 2022. I was travelling alone with 2 checkin bags. Both the bags couldn't arrive at Mumbai or in India while I was based in India. Now, the bags were declared 'Irretrievably Lost' and was asked to claim insurance.
