Sir,
I enrolled in this institution in 2017 but till now I didn't received my marksheet and degree. I've paid huge amount of fees of M.sc in Forensic Science. I recently got the news of death of Mr. Gopal ragavan who runs this institution. After his death, I tried to contact his staff and family for my marksheet and degree but they blocked my number. I even sent numerous emails regarding my degree and marksheet but they never responded....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

But as of now I did not received any registration or endrollment or admission on behalf of RVD University. But this week I received a mail that he would like to divert to get a degree B.E from Vinayaka Mission’s University for the cost Rs.1.3 lakhs.br...
