I had cancelled by vvip flat in jan 2017 due to financial constraints. The legal papers indicated the refund will be processed immediately after some deductions. But there manager rituraj told me it takes 6 months due to lock in period hence amount will be refunded after 6 months. However after waiting for 6 months when i approach them they simply refuse to give my money back. This is cheating and fraud....

I Mrinal Gupta [protected] book a home in vviphomes on 18th Oct 2014 through investors clinic by paying an amount of Rs150000 unitE805 . I gave a request to cancel my unit to investors clinic on 4th November and they process my request on 22 Nov 2014. I have been communicated by Investors clinic and VVIP that refund process will take three months but I am still waiting for my refund. When I enquire about my refund they always keep saying...
