Dear Sir,
Its been 10 days since I have gotten any water supply to my house. I have lodged a complaint with the water works department and they have not even cared to reinstate the connection.
The operators there has zero manners to talk to a female and take corrective action and send somebody to do the needful.
Let me explain my sad plight, I am an old lady of 75 years living alone and managing my life. I am very regular...
