Project delay
I have taken Independent floor in Wave city NH24 under subvention plan in 2012, but after 2 years of time span floor construction not started yet, as per the agreement company will pay interest to the bank for 2 years and after that the buyer have to the pay the EMI amount.Wave city is using the Loan amount for there own project benefits .Kindly let me know what legal option can be taken against the company.

Hi, I booked a plot in Sec 6 Wavecity NH24 in 2011 and Possession date promised was March 2014. I visited the site and can see there is hardly any development in the area and is very likely if they will able to complete the work in next 3 years. I visited the office which is in Sec 3 noida to check company penalty clause incase of any delay. One f the manager said they only give penalty for flats and nothing for plots. I am loosing my money...
