Hard disk is not proper working...

I hv.purchased the drive in March’21.and have been using by me personally.
On 6th.Dec’21 when I connected the drive with my laptop the LT couldn’t able recognised the the drive.I hv.tried with different ports and restarting my LP but failed to solved.As it is only 9 month old I deserve a corrective solution.

I purchased 1 TB Hard Disk from this Company and stored all important DATA in this Hard Disk. Within a short period the Hard Disk was unrecognized by Computer and when I called the companies office I was informed that data could not be Recovered.
