Sir i registered myself in weion enterprise for part time work and they taken 300rs form me as registration fees and they taken my personal detail after that they send me agreement related to it in which they mention that i have to complete it before 16days but i am fail to do it. now they saying that i have to pay 9700 for non completion of work otherwise they will send a legal notice to me under section 402 or 406...

This is such a fake company
i was given 150 pages to type and submit it within 15 dayds and if i could not submit this 150 pages within 15 dayds then i was said to pay 8, 500 for 7 days extension
since i could not pay the said amount they were saying that they will do illigal and take it to higher advocate
the name of the advocate is Akash Mistry
since i saw all the complaints while searching the companies name...
