Wrongly Amount Deducted Complaints & Reviews

I got a message from phonepe that I have got new year prize Rs.865/-.
Then I have clicked it. the money from my account had been deducted Rs.865/- to MobiKwik.

I was trying to purchase a sweater from jabong and amount deducted from my account was 5, 999 rupees but order was did not placed and transaction is shown as failed. I already contacted jabong three times. They did not receive any amount from my account. I think amount is struck between payment gateway and card issuing department.
