I order two boxes of chocolates from www.classicgiftspune.com. The order id is DCGP-[protected]. I placed the order on 11th Feb and it was supposed to be delivered on the same day. When I mailed them, they replied that they have delivered it. But is was not delivered. I tried to call the customer support number mentioned above, but no one received the call. I paid 1280 INR for the product and it was paid to "YASH WEBTECH-AVEN/Mumbai". Please...

I ordered online gift for Valentines Day. My order is not yet delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb 2012. I want the refund back. This is the worst online order site i have ever seen or used. The customer care doesn't answer the call. The customer care number is +91-[protected]. Please help me get justice and these guys to make them suffer for not providing good service....
