I had ordered mi powerbank (order id: oid[protected] mah in 599 rs., but after receiving my order i came to know that the powerbank is duplicate and the usb cable is also fake. i have charged it fully and i started my mobile charging, however my mobile battery of 3000mah not fully charged by this bank and got it discharged. it means it is less than 3000mah. i want my moneybank or replacement with original xiami make battery bank.

I had purchased Xiaomi (MI) Powerbank from ebazar ninja on 10th March 2016. But, what i got was a completely fake version of it. And now their customer care number is busy all the time. How do i return it? Also, a lot of people have faced the problem of having fake products deliverd to them on this website. Please Help....

today (14/02/2016) i received my order of mi power bank 10400 mah. But when i opened the product i found that it's a duplicate one as i had the original one before. Hence i want to return the product.
