Its an online ecommerce website which sells mobile phone online and according to there policies they intially charge Rs. 1000 from the customer and then deliver the mobile. I have paid Rs 1000 and now they are not delievering the mobile phone also saying that Rs 1000 is non refundable which was not there in there Terms and Condition. The website is also not according to the e commerce standards and I have heard many complains about the website. Kindly...

Few weeks before i ordered a mobile from mobile guru in emi process.. They gave a useless watch saying that as a welcome gift and told tat i will receive my mobile after ten days.. But till now i didn't get my ordered mobile.. Initially they told me to pay 1500... When im calling they are not giving me a proper response.. My money is been lost.. They eat ed my money.. Stupid people.. Please ban their site.. They are fake.. Take an action...
