I had ordered 3 qty cbse book sets (1 for grade 5 and 2 for grade8) from this site by cod. The parcel was delivered but 1qty book (Grade 8) set was found missing. I called cc several times and also mailed complaints twice to [protected]@shopforschool.in. But they are not replying my mail.

I had ordered 2 books sets through the site. It was for 9th standard and 5th Standard. I have received 9th standard books however 5th standard books are not delivered. 9th standard books were delivered in April Mid however the 5th standard books are not yet delivered. While everyday calling or emailing on the customer care here only one answer that we have forwarded your request to the dispatch team and they will look into it. The studies...

Given single reason from last 2months that they had problem of Dispatch so they stopped deliver. You will get your books in this week (from last 1month). They don't have office address. They don't have escalation matrix. They cannot share owner phone or mail address.
