The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Sir,
My yahoo ID [protected]@yahoo.com is locked from 7th August, 2010. I was advised by yahoo customer care that within 24 hours they will sort out the matter.. but no action has been taken on this so far. I am expecting very important mails on my id and all my contacts are in my yahoo which is around 8 years old..
I feel that this is the handwork of yahoo India, since, i got my mail opened by my close friend in...

Respected Sir,
It is stated that myself Priyanka Sachdeva have got my Yahoo ID i.e [protected]@yahoo.com hacked on 16 Aug, 2009. I submitted my complaint to yahoo yesterday itself. I am really tensed because I had some important personal information in that ID.So would infact like to block my Id permanantly by yahoo side so that noone can access that infomation incase of password non -retrievel.I have been using my yahoo ID since...
