I Have Purchase 2 Edge 2Pro Steek black on dated 29/09/2021 both are one side not working (Sound not Working) within the warranty period so i have complaint to company but company tell that you have to pay first service charge rs.275 for each product. Product are in warranty period so why I pay service charge to defective product.
Warranty for the product was 1 year
Within the 3 months product not working...

I have purchased a headphone of Muveacoustics brand from Amazon shopping website in January 2020. It was working well but after a few months o[censored]sage one of the sides stopped working. It has a warranty of 12 months so I decided to complaint regarding same to the manufacturer, i.e. Zeeva Electronics using email because they were not picking up the call on customer care number.
After few days, a reply came and they asked for invoice...
