appointment letter :ref no:ZPOG/GFP/UK322-09

I got the appointment letter from above mentioned company & they are asking GPB 950 for procuring work permit so that I can join there. I am also pesting the appointment letter below for your ready reference.Please inform me wheather this is authentic or not.
