Stating that use the product for a month and if you like it then we can go for the subscription of the course for the rest of the years.

Why do your executives promise a lot and have pathetic after sales service. Once you build your brand you seem to be least interested in customer satisfaction. I’m yet to get a replacement of my tab inspite of repeated complaints.
I 've been studying from last 18 yrs and i 've never come across such a poor institute. It is worst of all i 've been studied into.

We took byjus's learning app tablet for my son on a trial plan after being convinced by their marketing executive. Mr. Sudhanshu (Marketing representative of byju's) told us about the product, initially we were not sure about the suitability of product but he convinced us to take the trial plan for 15 days and then make up our mind. Its been a horrible experience with this company because this company has not been refunding my money which i had paid to them... Its been almost a month that they have not refunded my money.
Every other time i call the customer care there is a different person i am talking to and i have to always describe what had happened

Im very much satisfied with the study which is done by byju's in there videks. They made my concepts really clear. But i want that yjus must introduce s. St in the course which inchlude history, geography, political science and economics).
