Byjus — Not sending the books from last one year and no support from Byjus

I have raised the issue that i have not been sent Grade 1 books. It has been 12 months i have raised the request.
No books untill now.
As we have relocated to Malaysia, Byjus has promised to send the books to Malaysia number and change my
mobile to Malaysia number +60 [protected].
100's of promises that i will get the books in 1 week.

But it has been 365 days no books untill now.

Also i have raised the issue that im unable to open few videos. But this video issue is not resolved.

I have called the byjus customer care n number of times and asked to update my Malaysia number . But they are not updating the mobile number.

I dont know what to do. Looks like they have looted many parents money like this and not responding any complaints

They took good amount of money for 5 years in advance and not responding now.They cheated many parents like now.

Byjus is a fraud company
