Byju's — Refund amount

I am drop mail as tile line as per rools and not received tablet and sd card as per discussion with counselor. And all money pay on time. My registration date is 17th Oct 23 and cancelation mail drop on 28th Oct 23 and again drop 31th Oct 23 but till date not solved issue and also courier service show delivered item on 3th Oct 23 how it is possible before registration item delivered.
