Byjus — Refund of Online Sessions

Sir/Madam
I Mr. Ashley Mendes, residing at bhayander (Mumbai) father of Ms. Deandra Mendes who is a student of your esteemed learning program, (since 2018) regret to inform you that we had subscribed/registered for an online crash course / live session which was introduced to us by one of Byjus counselor, Ms. Rishita Sanghrajka (rishita.[protected]@byjus.com). we had an online session with her on 24th May, 2021 in which she had introduced the online crash course and the fees for the course was Rs. 70, 000 but it was given to us with 40% discount (scholarship) for which I had paid Rs. 28, 000/- (Rs. Twenty Eight Thousand Only) one-time payment. The amount was paid in 2 different ways ( Rs. 5000 through Gpay & the remaining amount of Rs. 23, 000/-was paid through credit card the course was to begin from 1st of June which did not happen. we were also told that in case if we are not comfortable with the crash course (15 days time) we will be getting a refund of the amount we have paid. (the call was recorded)
I tried connecting with Ms. Rishita for the same (REFUND) but received no response from her end. Yesterday she messaged saying she will call the next day but she did not call. today when I tried to contact her she replied saying that she in class and will call back but till time she has not called up. there is no response from her end and I believe that it was a fake promise as she is not responding and delaying it.

I received a call from one of the mentor. (14th June) But as per discussion with the mentor, I informed her that we had an virtual meeting with Ms.Rishita Sanghrajka (rishita.[protected]@byjus.com) contact number +[protected] / [protected] on Monday 24th May 2021 and I had registered my daughter for the online crash course which would begin from 1st June 2021 which did not happen and it began from 8th June. (only 3 sessions done 8th, 9th, & 10th June - after that she received a message saying that the server is down).
also would like to inform that Ms. Rishita had said that in case if we are not comfortable with the online course we will get the refund of it. Now when I spoke to your mentor today i.e. 14th June, she said that the 15 days period had already passed and we are not eligible for the refund. but when the online course itself began from 8th June, how could we demand for a refund before hand.
We had a very good experience with Byjus so never had a second thought for going for the crash course which was offered by Rishita
I humbly request you to look into the matter and help us in getting the refund of our money at the earliest.
