I have motor (4wheeler) insurance with ICICILombard – previous year 2009-2010, had one claim in the year 2010,

Again renewed the policy for year Sep 2010 – Sep2011 through online (ICICILombard.com) , while filling up online, I gave previous policy information also.

my father had invested some money in mangalmurti auto link and got the payment of six month but after six month ,the company doesn't pay the payment of next six months....and they asked to return the check but still they have not given us payment and not made contact with us.......so what...
