C.B.S.E. Ajmer — Duplicate date of birth certificate

Sir,

i applied for duplicate birth certificate of 10th class roll no. 122779 passed in 1983 from D.A.V. higher secondary School, Sector-8, Chandigarh. I deposited all documents along with affidavit on stamp paper attested by First class magistrate on 30.08.1991 with MO 22/- but till date I have not received the same. I also sent the reminder on 12.10.1992. still I didn’t get the certificate yet.
Please do the needful at the earliest as it is required most urgent.
