Cable Tv — purchased the connection but now they deny to give the connection

Dear sir,

I purchased independent tv hd connection by paying 1999/- for 1 year lockin in dec18. Now thus company denies hd channel subscription and ask me to pay additional pay. They say yes in dec 18 it was he connection for 1999/- but now it cannot. This is total cheating. They locked me for 1 year by saying lie. And now they deny he channels. Thry gave for initial 2 months the he channels. As of today not a single he channel is broadcast.
Today when i called customer care [protected] they say i have to purchase he channels by paying additional charges.
Pl help me to get hd subscription as per their package which i purchased in dec18.
