Cadila healthcare Ltd — HR is not ready to accept My PF form

Dear sir, Myself Santosh B. Shirkoli, I was worked in Zydus cadila from June 2011 to October 2013 and my PF No: MH/4637/37641 . After resignation they accepted my resignation and said I couldn't get relieve till February 2012 because of audit And that time I required relive as early as possible because my personal problem and I am ready to pay 3 month basic salary so I request them but they didn't agree.
