I purchased direct and indirect tax combo of ca bhavishya sri for rs. 19500, before the purchase it was informed to me that videos are updated and contains full content of both the subjects and the duration of the videos will be one year. Unfortunately to my surprise these were not updated and also some of the important concepts were missing, i approached the ca kart team they informed that they will share the amendments for the same
Since one year i am trying to approach the team by email, phone calls and whats app but there is no reply. The period of one year has passed there is no reply the whole purpose of buying the product fails, the videos were provided for one year but it stopped running before one year,
Selling the wrong products and disappearing tantamounts to fraud. They sold old videod., their software stopped working, queries were never addressed, contact details of faculty never provided. It was a bad, horrible & painful experience and it wasted a lot my time and purpose.
