I have ordered rakhi and chocolate to be delivered on 10 August and before ordering
alled them and they assured that it will be delivered to location on time as they are doing express delivery for the festival but till date it is not dispatched.When i tried to contact them now they are not picking the call and not replying on WhatsApp also.When i called from another number the person picked up but he cannot tell how much time more will it take i requested him that my festival is there please respond he was very rude .I told him i will complain for the same then he said do whatever u want Was this information helpful? |
